Background:

Mr. Johnson has a wide practice focused on defense litigation and handles cases involving automobile and tractor/trailer accidents, premises liability, professional negligence, construction litigation and blasting defense cases. Mr. Johnson defends employment cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, violation of state and federal employment laws, and wrongful discharge. He has represented employers and insurers in workers compensation claims defending former employees against claims involving contractual breaches of non-compete agreements.
