In 1984, after completing his clerkship with Judge Clark, Mr. Lightner joined Ron Baird in private practice in Springfield, Missouri. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Lightner served as a member of the Missouri Supreme Court Advisory Committee, which has responsibility for advisory opinions and overseeing the disciplinary process for the Missouri Bar. |
